Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because each print is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges at this time. However, if your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your print, please reach out to me within 7 days of delivery—I want to make it right.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! I offer worldwide shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, and international customers are responsible for any customs or import fees.

Printing and Fulfillment
All prints are produced and shipped through a trusted third-party printing partner (Printify). This allows me to offer high-quality prints while focusing on creating the artwork. Once an order has shipped, delivery times and carrier delays are outside of my control, but I’m always happy to assist with tracking or next steps if any issues arise.

What if there’s an issue with my order?

If your print arrives damaged, incorrect, or lost in transit, please contact me at skylarandthestory@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). I’ll do my best to resolve the issue quickly. Once an order is shipped, delivery delays caused by USPS are outside of my control. I will always assist in tracking or claims if an issue arises.

What kind of paper do you use?

Each print is professionally printed on high-quality archival matte paper to ensure rich color and long-lasting quality.

Do the prints come framed?

Prints are sold unframed, so you can choose a frame that fits your space and style.

How long will my order take to ship?

Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your print is on its way.

Can I request a custom piece?

Yes! I accept a limited number of custom art commissions. Please visit the Commissions page or contact me directly to inquire.
